Delivery & Shipping Information

Overview - To ensure you receive the most competitive pricing and the latest stock, we coordinate deliveries directly from our specialist manufacturing partners and central hubs. This means your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

• Dispatch & Lead Times:

  • Stock Components: Most items (ducting, manifolds, and fittings) are dispatched within 2–3 working days (from order date)

  • MVHR Units: MVHR units may be shipped direct from the manufacturer and typically arrive within 5–7 working days (unless agreed otherwise), depending on the manufacturer's current production schedule.

  • Design Packages: Your bespoke design will be delivered digitally via e-mail. Physical hardware associated with the design will follow the timelines above.

• Direct-to-Site Deliveries: Since many items are shipped directly from our suppliers, fr0m time to time we may use several suppliers to complete your order. This means deliveries may be made by different couriers. Delivery information will be provided once order processing is complete. 

• Pallet & Heavy Goods: Large items, such as MVHR units and bulk ducting, are delivered via heavy goods vehicles (HGV) on pallets.

  • Access: You must inform us if your delivery address has restricted access (e.g., narrow lanes or low bridges).

  • Offloading: Deliveries are "Kerbside Only." The driver is not insured to move the goods inside your property. Please ensure you have sufficient personnel on-site to move the equipment safely.

• Inspection & Damages: Because some goods may come direct from the supplier, it is vital that you inspect them immediately.

  • Please check the packaging for any signs of damage before signing the delivery note.

  • Any transit damage must be reported to us within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue with the specific supplier and courier involved.

• Failed Deliveries: If a delivery is attempted and fails because no one was present to receive it (or access was restricted), a re-delivery charge may be applied by the courier.
